Once again, the creativity of the participants deserves a Fourth of Juy salute. We had a full-size tank, the Monitor and the Merrimac, a Britney Bus, lots of good costumes, and plenty of spirit!

It turned out to be a bit warm that day, but it looked as if everyone enjoyed the Picnic in the Park.

The facilities were very colorful -- the balloon arch for the finish was a remarkable sight. And, did you notice, that the balloon columns for the start were left-hand and right-hand spirals?
